DARPA developing implant to monitor brain in real time
In a bid to improve the mental health of soldiers and veterans, DARPA has launched a $70 million project to create an implant that tracks neuron activity and provides quantifiable brain data.
To my perception such is probably there for
longer time.
I notice voices speaking into my brain
related to current issues.
In Germany I once thought who is doing
this harassment to me. The secret service?
I had then voices No, it is not the secret
service, you are not important.
The next day I passed a car in the city
where I was and somebody sitting in a car
near me addressed me by name and said
you are not important. I did not know this
guy but was told it was a policeman.
