Yesterday I had a little stimulation of abusing sex but today there was strong stimulation and programming of abusing sex. The programming was strongly present during the day and gave me trouble.I had also strong voices during the day which is very stressful. The voices had partly to do with people some distance connecting to my mind and messing it up. That is possible to do with severe traumatized people like I am.
