I am in bed in the afternoon regularly at the same time
and wake up the same time. I do not know this from
times before. Manipulation I cannot beat easily.
I stay longer in Surat Thani than I wanted.In
Had Yai I had the same. I could not easily meditate
as I did years before. I know I have to do a lot but
I do not organize that. Good to write that maybe I
find now a way to do that.
