I have permanent sexual harassment in Singapore. Possibly other guests in the guesthouse are involved. There are now hints that also Singapore is using Mind Control technology. Their reputaion for being not that corrupt probably does not apply for MC. But how could it be different,when the US, China, Europe the countries I was last Malaysia, Cambodia and Thailand use the technology on me and also others.
It is nowadays no more important to be not that corrupt.

To this belongs good education to be perfect in your performance of crimes and the knowledge which crimes you can do endlessly without being caught nowadays.
To this belongs to keep the holes in society open which allow this crimes. No public discussion about MC technology no laws against it.
To this belongs to advertise the crimes as something else like help (done with MC on so called mental sick).
To this belongs to keep the this targetted group in society discriminated to keep up support for crimes.
th this belongs a gang-stalking system which harasses the victim constantly on a well hidden way.
Such ways goes progress in an mainstream dominated world and no one in responsibility goes against this. That is American Standard valid also for Germany and quiet some other countries.
How should targets achieve anything you when police, army, medical doctors and government are inside of such crimes and even wellknown activists against MC are in reality rather supporters of it and their activism aims in the back of the victims.
Say it very clear- mainstream politics wants it like this and will keep it up when necessary with violence. At the same time they want to boost about human rights and democracy they pretend to have in their countries. Sure. How could it be different with mainstream.

This night I was woken up several times. I had massive sexual harassment and again felt bad the whole day.

Today I woke up miserable. I stayed some hours longer in bed. Massive terror in Singapore not only programming but I do not know who is doing it maybe foreigners. On the other hand it just may be psychic attacks. It is evening now and I still feel bad.

I recognize that there was less torture in Singapore but the more and harder programming than usual. How come? Is it that better equipment is easier available there? Or that people can come closer to me because of the situation in the guest house. Is it that when it comes to Mind Control also Singapore is not that less corrupt than others or is this criminal stuff just more difficult to handle and handling not established? I would then say it is probably not desired to get handled by those who make the decisions in society like for instance in Germany and the USA. The private doctor I visited today I would not trust.

I slept in Hawai hostel in Singapore during the afternoon and the night. Both times I had harassment. In the afternoon I did not hear my alarmclock and was woken up later by somebody shaking the metalcover I had put over the outside lock of the door.

In the night I had massive programming in my dreams and stimulating of abusing sex. Actually the programming is connected to abusing sex. The things programming tried to make me like ( i.e psychiatry) are connected to the positive feelings also connected to the sexual abuse.
This permanent stimulation of sexual abuse prevents it from healing or even reproduces it.
The stress and programming makes relationships much more difficult. Furthermore the permanent stress promotes various diseases.
What sort of people are doing this should be clear by this and anyone who works with such people has no excuse.

It is clear that not or not alone satelits are responsible for the harassment. It is a network of people skilled in such things working in many countries. I do not know how to fight the attacks while asleep. Tips about this are appreciated and possible honoured.

I was some days in Malaysia. Except once I had sexual harassment and programming. In guesthoue Ideal in Kota Baru I had massive programming of such. Members of the family of the guesthouse holder I caught several times doing psychic attacks so they may have been involved.


I am in Singapore now. I intend to go to a doctor. There are topics which may be simply medical, but some indicators are there that MC could play a role. Singapore is said to be not that corrupt.
In Thailand I had two instances where medical doctors where involved in electronic harassment I assume that they are in MC, but this they are probably everywhere. In Germany I had in a doctors office programming to a social democrat and recognized that the doctor may have to do with it. In Malaysia control and corruption of state controlled institutions I had already (muslim controlled postal service).

In Pennang, Malaysia I once woke up with a feeling of numbness in my head in the budget guesthouse. It was the same feeling you have when the doctor gives you an injection before dental surgery.
The evening before I had filed a police report because I had been threated repeatedly by some people. From this day on the people in the guesthouse were very unfriendly. The attitude had changed to the negative. How come? How this feeling of mumbness in my head?
I went to a doctor to get this checked but he said there could be hundreds of substances involved. It would be hard to find out.

I am four days in Chaiya. the last two again sexual harassment. The last day it was horrible reprogramming of such. Yes, in Chaiya in Surat Thani there are some rat holes with Thai nazis.

Trust to the elite is wrong nowadays.
Mainly they have access to technology to do such abuses.

This morning I planned to wake up some time earlier than the days before. The attacks had started all at about the same time the last days. I hoped it would help a little, though I know from the past that this is often not the case. And so it was. The attacks now were earlier, so that the people who do this have to know when I planned to get up. Since I stay alone and my alarm clock is not visible from outside there is mind reading as another possibility.
The attacks were again hard programming and stimulating of abusing sex. They just do not accept the way I live I also got to feel, though they have a chit to do with this.
Some people who I spoke to at the guest house where I was staying in Surat showed their contempt for me, though I have never spoken to them before. I heard that gang stalker care about a negative attitude towards the victim in its environment. In Surat they cared well again. But the people take it or get a negative attitude by themselves they have also responsibility for their attitudes.
Last year I had a rape in Surat (sex with vilolence). Now they work different. Today I recognized suddenly strong desire for such sex, that was programmed. Finally not much better than direct inducing this sort of sex, when the programming is strong enough.
This is Surat Thani. I think they should put their super disturbed ones who do such things on show, maybe they could attract some tourists and keep them away from people.
I would like to know if the telecom in Surat has the technology to do such things. PAD in Thailand it is a question of democracy to get such technology under control, nevertheless in the US and Europe they not that far yet. A good reason not to look much towards these countries as an example.

I have traveled for quite some time and stayed for instance in Surat Thani many times.

So now I give a rating for Surat as a disabled traveler.
At first glance not bad but gets miserable then, highly not to recommend. Too many repulsive people there.
At first it was not like this. It developed in this bad direction.

I stay in Surat Thani some days. I checked in in another guesthouse than usual. The first two days no harassment. Great. But the third as usual. I am three days now in my flat in Chaiya. Yesterday again stimulation of abusing Sex but not as strong as before.

When I entered Thailand the last time from Cambodia I thought that the Thais would be my enemy now. That means not all Thais but every where I went in Thailand I had harassment. The last days in my flat also harassment despite strong shielding. Today it was very strong sexual harassment.

Yesterday evening I had a lot of stress and mindgames coming from two flats further on the right when you look from outside on my room. It was nobody inside. When I was in my flat some time ago it was not like this from this direction.
The night before I noticed a lot coming from a TV antenna, from household electricity and from about 45 degree on the left when you look outside my room.

The government should no more have the right to pass any laws regarding police, courts, education system and army.



For that people out of the bodies and citizen commitees should be installed.

The government should also not appoint any top member of the former mentioned.

To separate power in society and keep this up is important for a democracy.



If the EC forbids the parties fine.



If not maybe the army can help to push through such, others or much more detailed changes where are also more segments of the society involved in working them out.

In secret budgets must be investigated anyway but to prevent the take over of total power by the governemnt could be a task to support for them. There need not be a new coup. Just a threat to the government how the changes of the constitution have to be may be enough. About this you could talk and decide.

One more thing. My observation tells me that the army had to do with the terror of mine at least some time ago.
It is better to listen to me instead of suppressing and exploiting me.

I am in Thailand now and in the first night massive sexual attacks coming from my western neighbor in the guesthouse.
The second Massive programming in my dreams which was depressing. and stressful. this time there is some probability that Thais have to do with it.

Again massive sexual stimulation of abusing sex despite shielding. Half of the day is gone with stress.

I had again that massive stimulation and programming of acceptance of abusing sex during sleep that I don't get it out of my head in usual times.

I noticed repeatedly some success of programming me. I sat in a restaurant the TV running. A Bruce Willis movie was shown. Some years ago I was bored by his movies and said on one occasion. Minor juvenile offenders should be punished by making them watch a Bruce Wilis film in full length. Now I felt admiration for him and watched the film. I recognized later that there was influence.
Some days ago I was in my room in the guesthouse where I stay and was stressed by repeated terror in the nights. I assumed only, I did not check enough that the terror was coming from some Britains around and sweared that Britain should sink into the ocean. Such a statement is also due to programming. I like British people on the whole I hate that they participate in the gangstalking and MC system. But only a part of the population knows and supports this system. Such a general statement which is only negative I wold not have made some  time ago.

The last days in Phnom Penh I had hard attacks. Last night I woke up early in the morning and checked with my means if there was radiation coming from any direction. It was from the left if you stand in front of my room and stopped a few seconds later as usual. But my means to detect are not reliable, so it is not sure if it was from there. Later I noticed massive programming. Gay programming. Programming to accept it. I was down for some hours and need a long time to deprogram. That is apart from the damage they do the time they steal.
Like now when I was the first time in Phnom Penh I had a hard time. It is just not a good place for me.
Unfortunately there are quite some Cambodians who then when I am hurt jump on the wounds so that I sometimes think there may be quite some Cambodians supporting the abuse. If it is like this Cambodia does not deserve support itself.

I stay in another guesthouse in Phnom Penh. Again hard sexual harassment during sleep. In this area Cambodia is not good.

I stay in Koh King II guesthouse in Phnom Penh. In the evening when I arrived at the guesthouse I was received by one man of the staff starting psychic attacks by the woman receiving the money emotionally with a little contempt. They probably have to do with the psychic attacks during sleep. I had it already before in Koh Kong that the staff was probably inside. Disgusting.
That is life as a guest in Cambodia when you are vulnerable. I won't forget to say that I meet friendly people there, but the others turn my days to the bad or very bad.

I had massive programming to accept abusing sex the last days. I changed my room and went to a guesthouse in an area where nearly only cambodians stay.
But the sexual harassment during sleep was even worse  than before and Cambodians are probably  in it.  May be it is the same like in many countrys (Europe, Thailand, Malaysia..) that Cambodia has a hidden terrorsystem which can be activated at any time against anyone without the public  knowing anything and that the government supports actions against me.
May be many of the Cambodians are like quite some Malays who don't accept sexual self determination and support to press me in their desired form of sexuality. May be they are chronical abuser or support chronical abuse. 
Or is it just easy to corrupt the people close to me where I stay to get such terror done.

I am not pleased about people in Phnom Penh because I have a lot of sexual abuse during sleep and have to assume that not only foreigners have to do with this. That Cambodians are like this has also to do with the fact that they were a western colony like Malaysia and act towards deeply hurt people according to European Standards. Once you are deeply hurt or do not function properly over longer time it is likely that you get permanently abused and exploited. That is the European Standard for such people protected for instance by the social democrats in Germany behind their hypocrisy about help. Is it also Cambodian standard?
A positive judgment about Cambodia is only possible if the abuse stops if you do not comply with European Standards.

There is another problem related to this.
In the guesthouse where I stay people feel my increased vulnerability and tend to turn against me. I had it in Koh Kong that the staff of a guesthouse also stimulated this and now again where I stay in Phnom Penh.
Like usual people are ready to join abuse but help you won't get. Miserable. That is how the people are in Asia. But Europeans are much worse. There is not a bit of a chance for me. The highest that may be a small one I thought I would have in Asia. But when they all fall to the abusers the chance for me will not be there.

I am now for some days in Koh Kong in Cambodia. The first days severe harassment then less but tonight it was again massive. I have to assume that there are people who know in Koh Kong. and it is no a ood sign for the town that such things find support there. Once I complained about psychic attacks and soon a offical observed the situation. In my room I got loud about radiation and the next day police was sitting in the restaurant when I got up. Suppression aid from the police? May be. I had this suspicion also once in Thailand. I is anyway often a danger that the police is your enemy when you have little money or are counted to minorities. After this events I think Koh Kong just does not deserve much tourists though I met nice people there.

I have massive stimulating of abusing sex nearly all days in Bangkok. I perceive that acceptance or positive feelings to abusing sex are being programmed. A lot of stress for me.

After I was in the shop I went back to my flat on my bike. Quickly after I started to ride the same. Several motorbikes overtook me at the railway tracks. They may have been stalkers to intimidate me.

So I ask the people of Chaiya who have seen this and to try to remember who the people were who did this and tell me and help me to get information out of them or care themselves about the people. They may be also a threat to you. Though I cannot be absolutely sure about this, there is a high probability that I estimate this people right.

This people may be connected to a government related terrorsystem which can turn against anyone in the country. I read once a report that also Thaksin used a basher against the democracy movement. For me it looked like this man belonged to a government related gang stalking system . The government has all over the country people accessible to do harassment actions or more for it which are not covered by any laws. The whole thing may hide behind national security, but actually the terror is also used to serve special interests and goes against the basic human rights of the targets. It is in the interest of the Thai people that this system gets unveiled and destroyed.
They as well can be and probably are targets of this system.

I slept yesterday in the norning without closing the shielding and did not have that much stress.
Last night I did and had very hard harassment. Voices said before I should not do it.They did not want it. But I did. I notice stress coming from one direction which I am not able to shield yet.

The poeple I meet in Chaiya are mostly nice this is what I enjoy. But I had again that sort of hidden harassment which is able to destroy me.

In Chaiya where I am now there are no foreigners so Thais are doing this.


So are Thais to me in Thailand for no visible reason. Not much about Thailand isn't it.


There are a bunch who are nice but in fact I have that hard harassment from Thais in several places all over the country. I also have to assume that a certain number of Thais knows what is going on and keeps quiet, say it different they silently support a enslavement or destruction of mine. So when I take the nice people and the disgusting ones together and look how I fare in Thailand I come for me to the following judgement at least for the last time.


The Thais are nice people? Bullchit, they are bastards!


I won't hide that this sort of harassment also happens to me in other countries but the people there are anyway not 'in danger' to be called nice. (Germany, Malaysia...)

That they were nice people is history.

May be Thailand is going along the globalisation of certain unhuman standards coming from America or Europe and gives up its superior level which they had in some areas.

It is not only my opinion. Two other foreigners who know Thailand for 20 years also said they they have turned a lot to the worse.

Now I had hard sexual harassment and programming during sleep which makes you think "I don't like to do anything for some time.....I am exhausted". The programming is like you feel loosing your face, there is trying to shape the personalty.

I stay in Chaiya some days now. I encounter mostly friendly people but in my direct living environment I don' feel well. I had most days sexual harassment the last time harder one.

After the last post the sexual harassment switched from such with violence to gay programming. Two times it was severe. It gives me trouble in daily life. it is a lot of pain and stress. I need a lot of time to deprogram it and it is hard to keep up with it. Many also step on my freshly open wounds so I have stress additionally as soon as I am with people.
There is massive additional programming. Again they want to make me to a social democrat. A special mentality is tried to be put in my head. The heavy terror I have helps to get this stuff in my head and also to stay there. When I was in Nong Khai in a meditation monastery I had this also very hard that they tried to get their social democratic bullchit in my head.
In Thailand I have this heavy terror repeatedly since about 2 1/2 years. Before I had longer times without terror or few in Thailand.

Last night there was massive stimulation of sex with violence. Voices try to press through that I accept it. I want to work it out. It is difficult when it gets stimulated again and again. Apart from this many Thais like sex with violence. Seems to be part of the Thai culture in quite some areas of Thailand. When I was at the hospital today again massive stimulation from many sites. Sitting too tired in a bus would not be good as I had already sleep deficit from the night before. This trials I had also before when I stayed in Malaysia. This is only one of many manipulations in my life.

At the place where I meditated I had massive stimulating of sex with violence. I noticed that quite a number of people around Krabi seem to like this. When I think about it now I feel the stress the traumatising of this events. In Had Yai then again stimulation in the guesthouse Cathey where I stayed. The first years when I was in Asia the discrimination was worst in Malaysia but regarding the last time Thailand is catching up. May be it has to do with that it globalizes that means it adapts down humanity to the horrible mainstream level.



I had again and again harassment free times in Thailand but now no more much.



Welcome to Thailand? Yes you are welcome. You can be sure that the Thais have fun with you.

But this does not mean that you will have much fun.

Is the terror because the Thais show their racist face to a mentally disabled person who is additionally a foreigner?

I tried several times to rent a flat. In Nong Khai first. Massive sexual harassment started shortly after I moved in. In guesthouses the terror was at that time often less.

In Chaiya then in my next room I rented the terror then was at a level that I would label destructive.

It looks like it has a racist background.


In Krabi now again after a break also the terror level has increased.



If you think Thailand would be a good distination to live then you should read books of people who failed. They have a lot of nice people but also a bunch of monsters and bastards.

When you have to do with their monsters the nice ones don't matter much less.

There are enough Thais who like to exploit and destroy foreigners like they are doing it with me. If the terror level is high which I know is not a problem if they want it such things can happen.

My brain is monitored 24 hours a day. Much if not all activity is recognized and they can at any moment switch to harassment. I know that Thais are inside this horror, but Germans for sure are too, Americans as well. You can be sure that Americans I know won't help you out of this. they are in in any way but remain quiet. Like the American English teacher who also manages the guesthouse 'The Web' in Surat Thani or the American yoga teacher in the guesthouse 'Mut Mee' in Nong Khai. That is how the people are to me. As if I was a terrorist. They like to exploit and subdue me. But it may be a way to produce terrorists, like beaten dogs get aggressive. The political leaders won't mind as they won't be touched. And they don't mind deaths in the population.

But what should happen to them if they watch my thoughts day and night. You even don't have that chance anymore when you are mistreated and monitored like this.

The use of MC technology is also probably the real reason why the Thai government is winning the war in the south. I remember that there was in the bangkokpost a report about a budget for military actions in the south which included also a certain sum for secret measures (like MC I assume)

My human rights situation including my privacy is horrible. Most others who know enjoy. And I am sure those who know and enjoy also my sexual abuses give a chit how I suffer and think about people. The nice people in Thailand who I appreciate but may know about what happens and also just watch the destuction of people should also so pay a price for this if it is possible to cut educational development projects.

Such monks certainly don't support it that you look for a teacher.
